It seems as if everyone has a miraculous sales technique that no one else has tried. There is always a new book on killer sales tactics by some expert that has appeared out of the clouds like the messiah coming back during the rapture. These so called sales gurus state that they have super secretive sales techniques that make closing sales much easier than most traditional salesmen use. And they are usually willing to reveal these super selling methods to you for a PRICE. Often their material is delivered to you in an E-book, an online course, a video or video series, or even a weekend seminar. Now some of them are actually creative sales people while others are simply repackaging common sense and putting a hefty price tag on it. And unfortunately, some are just sales phonies printing gibberish and taking advantage of salesmen and business owners who desire to find new ways to sell their product or service without going through the daily grind of cold calling. Let’s face it, being a salesperson is challenging.

So you are considering starting a business? BUT you have no idea, what kind of business, All you know is that you are sick and tired of your task master of a
boss, your shady coworkers, and being UNDERPAID & OVERWORKED by your company. Instinctively, you just know, it’s time to become your own boss. Deciding on becoming an entrepreneur is a BIG STEP but deciding what business to start is perhaps an even BIGGER STEP. I will not pretend to have all of
the answers or even possess the absolute best answer for you, but I do believe I can provide a starting point that will satisfy most. When you are unsure of what business to start, you must ask yourself 2 questions. These 2 questions must come before considering anything else. Without answering these questions, it would most likely not benefit you to proceed.
